Recycling carts.

  Does Owls have a recycle system set up.
  I didnt know if you can re-use a cart if it were cleaned to medically sterilized specs.

  We do not have a system set up for recycling the carts yet. I dont have the capability for sterilization yet. That being said maybe we could reuse them for art or something like that that.
  
  Any other ideas ?
